Cerritos Vista Healthcare Center is a 140 bed skilled nursing facility with private and semi-private rooms available. We specialize services for geriatric population focused on post-hospitalization transitional care. Our goal is to help residents recover and discharge to a lower level of care and back to their home. We have a 24-hour licensed nursing staff along with an exemplary rehabilitation program.
